Angela, the undiscussed queen of the Aperib8 Happy Hour and her sons Pietro and Matteo, plus the winery staff will welcome you with her fanciful local delicacies matched to the wines. She will also lead you through the vineyards, the cellars and will show you the Capasanta iron sculpture by TerrEmerse located right on the winery property and representing a scallop as a reminder of the pre-historical seas covering all the now hilly region of Monferrato.
Yoga classes in the vineyards or on our truffle ground, trekking through the hills, live music events, make-up classes with skilled make-up artists and picnics in the nature are only some of the experiences we organize for you here and as usual….Bottolike ones!

Tasting
in the hills

In fine weather the tasting takes place in the vineyards or on our truffle ground, surrounded by a sea of hills stretching out on the horizon. Here, where our wine is brewed and where tastes, scents and colors mingle, the tasting experience turns into an unforgettable emotion.

On the top floor of our wine farm, with its fascinating exposed wooden beams and a landscape view over our vineyards. It is the ideal background to taste our wines in rainy or cold weather, in the warmth of a special and friendly atmosphere.

In mild weather, the atmosphere is ideal to awaken your mind and body harmony through our comprehensive outdoor yoga sessions by our Certified Yoga Instructor Laura early in the morning. Should you feel a little perkish, Angela Botto then takes over with her different tastings.

TREKKING

Among the available experiences, our trekking through the Monferrato hills definitely cannot be overlooked. Certified hiking guides will take you through a ten-kilometer /six-mile walk to discover our UNESCO territory and its local food and wine delicacies.
